Begun in 1998 as a project of the Natural Resources Council
of Maine. Became an independent organization in the spring
of 2003. Its mission is to protect, restore and enhance
the health and vitality of Maine's Rivers.

menu offers Maine river news, water profiles, river
life, river culture, legislative updates, and more.

Atantic Salmon Unlimited
A strong advocate for the conservation of Maine Atlantic
salmon.
Comments: Content focusses on informing and educating
the public about the biology and life history of the species;
chronicling more than 125 years of salmon restoration and

and importance of wild Maine Atlantic salmon, not only to
citizens of Maine and the United States, but to the international
community as well.
